VITCAS Silcas A – Air Setting Ready Mixed Refractory Mortar. High temperature resistance to 1400^oC. Ideal for jointing and setting fire bricks in, for example, kilns and furnaces.

Applications:

• For kiln and furnace side walls constructed from pre-cast shapes or conventional bricks as well as furnace roofs constructed with arch bricks.

• Used on kiln car bases and decks especially in the brick industry.

• For general repair work such as installation of peep-hole blocks and thermocouple tubes

Supplied in a 25kg re-sealable bucket.
